The Issues of Yellow River Civilization and Sustainable Development was founded by the Key Research Institute of Yellow River Civilization and Sustainable Development and Sub-Society on Yellow River of Geographical Society of China in 2008. It mainly publishes academic papers on the theme of Yellow River civilization and the geographical phenomenon, economy and social culture along the Yellow River Basin. Specifically, this issue considers the manuscripts about the transition and development of Yellow River Civilization, the institutional change and economic development along the Yellow River, the ecological environment and sustainable development of the Yellow River basin and so on. Research from the disciplines of history, archaeology, geography, ecology, economics, sociology, folkloristics, ethnology and anthropology would be welcome. Now, it issued twice a year, both at home and abroad. And, it has been indexed in Chinese CNKI and WANFANG DATE.
